majestic hotel was formally a castle, built by King Diniz for his wife,
Queen Isabel. The Rainha Santa Isabel is located just outside of Estremoz,
on a hilltop, with panoramic views of the town and countryside. Guests
are able to enjoy use of the hotel's swimming pool as well as indulge
